Made from Pernazana olives grown by dear friends of Chef Rita Sodi, our olive oil is available in limited quantities and pressed for us. 

Olives are handpicked, harvested, and pressed using a traditional Frantoio stone press at a local mill in Tuscany each November. 500 ml.
